Cityworx are recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established domiciliary care business based in the Hoddesdon area. As a Care Coordinator, your role is to assist the Registered Manager in organising the day-to-day running of the service using the policies, training, supervision, and guidance provided, supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives and ensuring quality is paramount in the service.

Requirements:

  • Must require Level 3 Health and Social Care or higher
  • Relevant experience in the field of caring
  • Full UK Driving Licence with registered own vehicle
  • Living in surrounding areas

Job Description:

  • Support carers in the field
  • Build good relationships with clients
  • Basic office administration
  • Organise weekly ROTA's for the carers
  • Conduct regular SPOT checks in the field
  • Maintain office files, carers files, client files, and home folders
  • Carry out client assessments with the Registered Manager
  • Organise meetings with management and staff
  • Cover any emergency shifts in the field
  • Answer phone calls and deal with queries accordingly
  • Manage PPE for all clients, ensuring they have enough supply
  • Be part of recruitment, undertake interviews, and take part in the training process
  • Conduct reviews with carers
  • Be in regular communication with the carers
