We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is seeking to appoint an Architect to strengthen its delivery team across a diverse range of projects. This role offers the opportunity to take a more hands-on position within project teams, contributing to both design development and technical delivery across all RIBA stages within a collaborative studio environment.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
- Lead and support the design and delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Prepare and develop planning and building regulation submissions
- Coordinate with consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities
- Produce high-quality design, technical drawings, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant planning policy
Key Requirements for this Architect role:
- RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit highly desirable
- Strong design and technical understanding across all RIBA stages
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage elements of projects independently
