We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Hockley Heath.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and directing phone calls.
  • Editing and preparing contracts for workers.
  • Chasing/following up on required documentation to support your team.
  • Creating job adverts for vacancies and submitting to job boards – making use of CV library, LinkedIn and Canva.
  • Uploading CVs to our database.
  • Upkeep of our database – creating placements, mailshots.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office and other software for daily tasks.
  • Other general administrative duties.

Requirements:
