We're recruiting for an experienced Insurance High Net Worth professional to manage a portfolio of HNW Clients. You’ll understand that your clients will rely on your expertise while you build strong, trusted and profitable relationships with them, within a successful and growing business, which is full of opportunity. You’ll be working in a very supportive environment within a friendly and experienced team.
Role of the HNW Executive involves:
- Managing your portfolio of High Net Worth Clients.
- Supporting your clients all year round.
- Developing relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
- Tailoring your approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls.
- Renewal is your main priority but you’ll also focus on growth because you’ll be able to offer clients solutions from a diverse range of brands and wide breadth of products.
The experience you need to demonstrate as a HNW Executive includes:
- Experience of handling the Insurance requirements of HNW clients.
- You’ll be proactive and use your initiative to identify opportunities to assist your clients and to grow the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with demanding customers.
- Work well with your team, support others and have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt.
In return you will be supported with opportunities and as well as your annual salary there is a role-based incentive. Other benefits: Holiday entitlement of 26 days plus.
