Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to lead targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a high-performing West London primary school. This role is ideal for a skilled Teaching Assistant ready to step up, or an established HLTA looking for a more focused, impact-driven position centred around raising attainment and supporting pupil progress.
About the Role
- Deliver targeted interventions in reading, writing and maths across the school
- Support pupils in closing learning gaps and accelerating progress
- Lead small-group sessions and occasional 1:1 support
- Adapt learning strategies to meet a range of abilities, including SEN
- Track progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Support consistency in teaching approaches across year groups
This is a class-based role, focused on academic support and measurable outcomes, rather than general classroom assistance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- HLTA status or strong experience delivering interventions independently
- Confident supporting English and Maths across primary phases
- Experience working across multiple year groups (EYFS-KS2)
