The predicted salary is between 13 - 15 £ per hour.

Location: Erdington, Birmingham

Pay: between £13.40 and £15.28 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced HLOP driver or VNA looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a VNA Driver: MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE. Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems. Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces. Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock. Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.
  • As a High-Level Order Picker: Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations. Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area. Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
  • In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
