About the Role:
Be different – be a Homemaker Lead. The Homemaker is a unique caring role where you can give residents a personalised level of care. This role offers variety, deep relationships and the opportunity to make a real difference. You will have fewer residents to care for, allowing you to spend more time and deliver tailored support. A varied role where no two days are the same. We care for individuals in the way a family member might care for someone in their home. We tend not to do timetabled task-based care – we adapt to each individual’s needs. Whether that involves administering medication, helping make a bed, arranging a family meal or a visit to the beauty salon, you’re always doing something different. A chance to make a real difference to our residents’ lives. Unlike some assistant roles, you spend enough time with residents to make an impact, fostering fulfilment and benefiting both the resident and you. Supportive team environment. Kindness and support among team members create the foundation for compassionate care.
Who You Are:
You may have experience as a senior healthcare assistant, healthcare assistant, care assistant, carer, home care assistant or domiciliary care assistant and are looking for a different approach, a nicer work environment and a more satisfying role.
Qualifications and Experience:
A strong background in a care environment similar to ours. Training experience or qualification. Educated to NVQ Level 3 (desirable).
If you are looking for a fulfilling role that makes a genuine impact, this rewarding career is for you.
