Location: Kidderminster

Salary: £47,000 basic + £48,500 OTE

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 10:00pm (40 hours per week; overtime available and paid at enhanced rates)

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs to a high standard
  • Diagnose faults and complete both minor and major repairs
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Complete all relevant documentation and job records accurately
  • Support workshop efficiency by maintaining a clean and organised environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely vehicle turnaround

Candidate Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance & Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI)
  • Proven experience in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on commercial vehicles
  • Strong understanding of DVSA standards and compliance
  • Full UK driving licence (relevant vehicle classes)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team
  • Full Right to Work in the UK - NO SPONSORSHIP
