What You Will Be Doing
- Performing major and minor repairs to HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards
- Carrying out inspections, routine maintenance and preventative servicing as an experienced HGV Mechanic
- Diagnosing faults and planning repairs using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Completing job cards, service records and warranty paperwork accurately
- Providing emergency roadside support when called out
- Maintaining workshop cleanliness, stock and safety standards

What You Will Need
- Proven experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Truck Technician within a commercial vehicle environment
- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI in HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards
- Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
- Reliable problem solver with a strong team ethic
