We are currently recruiting for experienced PSV Shift Supervisors to join a well‑established and growing bus operator across depots in Worcestershire. These are excellent opportunities for skilled PSV professionals looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a structured, safety‑critical environment.
What you will do as HGV Shift Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise workshop engineers and technicians
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained to DVSA and company standards
- Allocate work and manage shift productivity
- Support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Assist with inspections, servicing schedules and defect management
- Provide technical support and mentoring to the team
- Maintain accurate workshop documentation and records
What you will need as HGV Shift Supervisor:
- Fully qualified to level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in HGV maintenance
- Previous experience in a PSV workshop environment
- Supervisory or senior technician experience
- Strong knowledge of DVSA standards and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage productivity and maintain high safety standards
