Our client based in Burton‑On‑Trent is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their busy operation. Your daily work will include trunking to RDCs around the country with minimal handball.
ResponsibilitiesAs an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will deliver products to regional distribution centres while maintaining a professional, customer‑facing appearance.
Shift ScheduleMonday to Friday
Start times: 06:00‑08:00, 10:00‑13:00, 16:00‑19:00
Qualifications- Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points on driving licence
- Physically fit to manage deliveries (incl. lifting)
- Clean professional appearance for customer‑facing work
- First 48 hours paid at £15.70 per hour
- Overtime pay at £23.55 per hour
- Full‑time hours with a mix of day shifts and overtime opportunities
- Clean, modern delivery vehicles
