The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Swindon area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.

Shifts: Operation runs across Monday to Sunday

Start Times: Start times vary between 12pm - 10pm starts (afternoon/nights)

Pay Rate: £17.75 per hour PAYE (6am to 10pm), £18.25 per hour PAYE (10pm to 6am)

Location: Swindon, SN3

Job Type: Ad-hoc / Temp / Ongoing

The role: Trunking - Performing trunk runs to the hub.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
  • Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • 6 months minimum experience required.
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A safety-first mindset.
