HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers Wanted - Immediate Starts
Location: Foxhills Industrial Estate, Scunthorpe
Ongoing Work Days & Nights Available
We are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) Drivers for a busy and expanding operation.
- Class 2 (C) Drivers – Store Deliveries (Days)
- Multi-drop deliveries to retail stores
- Handling roll cages (loading & unloading required)
- Customer-facing role
- Class 1 (C+E) Drivers – Store Deliveries (Days)
- Multi-drop store deliveries using cages
- Regular ongoing work
- Physically active role
- Class 1 (C+E) Trunk Drivers – RDC Work (Nights Only)
- Trunking between RDCs
- No multi-drop
- Minimal manual handling
Pay Rates
- Class 1 Drivers (Days): £17.51 per hour, £23.29 per hour after 42 hours
- Class 1 Night Trunking: £16.91 per hour, £21.21 per hour after 42 hours, £21.21 per hour after 5th shift worked
- Class 2 Drivers: £16.49 per hour, £22.06 per hour after 42 hours
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
- No DR, DN or CU endorsements
- Maximum 6 penalty points only
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience preferred
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test
