Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing, including kitchens, bathrooms, adaptations, windows/doors, and M&E upgrades. This is a varied role managing multiple sites, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll also be responsible for coordinating site activities, maintaining accurate documentation, managing risk and health & safety compliance, and supporting contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Maintain health & safety compliance and site documentation
- Monitor progress across multiple live sites
- Support planning, programming, and reporting of works
Requirements:
- Experience in social housing planned refurbishment works
- Knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, and adaptations
- Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
- SMSTS or relevant NVQ
- Full UK driving licence
- IT literate (MS Office)
