Shifts: Monday to Friday - flexitime

Commutable from: Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Pershore

An established manufacturing business delivering engineered products and technical solutions to a variety of industrial customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering projects from planning through to production release, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and engineering change processes.
  • Act as the technical interface with customers, providing project updates and resolving issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing or technical production environment.
  • Knowledge of NPI processes and engineering change management.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Qualification in an Engineering or Technical discipline.
  • Full UK Driving License.
