Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 shifts per week)

Shifts: Rota across 7 days (to be discussed at interview)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Driver / Loader to join a well-established, family‑run dairy business at their Hereford depot. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful trial period. The role is varied, with time split between depot duties and driving, delivering high‑quality dairy products across Herefordshire, South Wales, and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in driving, with progression available into a Class 2 (Category C) role through a structured training programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
  • Stock rotation and replenishment
  • Loading and securing products onto delivery vehicles
  • Carrying out multi‑drop deliveries to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service on every delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence (minimum 3.5T)
  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, positive, and hardworking attitude
  • Good attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset
  • Flexible with routes and working patterns

Training & Development
