We are looking for a Lettings Manager (with crossover into voids) to lead our dedicated team and ensure that our homes are turned around efficiently, let appropriately and maintained to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who is decisive, organised and committed to creating positive experiences for applicants, residents and colleagues.

About the Role

As our Lettings Manager, you will:

  • Lead, support and empower a team of staff working across voids, allocations and lettings, ensuring they have the confidence and tools to provide an excellent service.
  • Promote a culture of respect and fairness so applicants are assessed consistently, treated with dignity and offered clear guidance throughout the lettings journey.
  • Maintain high performance standards, monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement in void turnaround times and overall service delivery.
  • Ensure all void properties meet legal, regulatory and safety requirements, including fire, gas, legionella and building regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Local Authority partners, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure nominations, agreements and lettings progress smoothly.
  • Work with compassion when supporting applicants, colleagues and partners, particularly during complex or challenging cases.
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring value for money and effective use of resources.
  • Work jointly with our Development team to ensure new build homes are handed over seamlessly and let within target timescales.

This role requires a strong team leader who values collaboration, encourages shared problem-solving and inspires others to achieve high standards.

What We Are Looking For

You will be a confident manager with experience in voids, lettings, property maintenance environments and team leadership. You will bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.

You will also be committed to inclusive practice and positive resident experiences, ensuring that our services are accessible, welcoming and responsive to individual needs.

A full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle are essential.
