Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Labourer:

  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workshop environment; consistently following health and safety procedures.
  • Organise tools, materials and equipment to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Dispose of general waste and recycling in line with company guidelines.
  • Assist fabricators with daily workshop activities, including preparing, handling and moving materials.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Comfortable working within a manufacturing or workshop environment.
  • Confident using hand and power tools.
  • Able to carry out physically demanding tasks.

Working Hours of the Engineering Labourer:

  • Monday‑Thursday: 06:00‑15:00.
  • Friday: 06:00‑11:00.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: £12.95 Per Hour.
  • Early finish on a Friday.
  • Quarterly production bonus.
  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
