Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Labourer:
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workshop environment; consistently following health and safety procedures.
- Organise tools, materials and equipment to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Dispose of general waste and recycling in line with company guidelines.
- Assist fabricators with daily workshop activities, including preparing, handling and moving materials.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Comfortable working within a manufacturing or workshop environment.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Able to carry out physically demanding tasks.
Working Hours of the Engineering Labourer:
- Monday‑Thursday: 06:00‑15:00.
- Friday: 06:00‑11:00.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: £12.95 Per Hour.
- Early finish on a Friday.
- Quarterly production bonus.
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
