Spider is advertising on behalf of a highly experienced family-owned plumbing service provider who are looking for a Heating Plumber/Gas Engineer to join them in this exciting permanent, full-time role based in Chiswick, West London.

About the role:
As a Heating Plumber/Gas Engineer, you will be working on a variety of challenges in a residential setting, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard. Working areas will be across Bayswater, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Twickenham, Teddington, Richmond, Ealing, and Chiswick – mainly West London. This role is Monday to Friday, standard working hours. There will be NO weekend or evening work.

- Qualified and experienced Heating Plumber and/or Gas Engineer, minimum 5‑10 years experience.
- Experience of domestic boilers, boiler replacement, conversion system to Combi, UHWSS, Under Floor Heating, cookers installation, radiators, thermostats, cookers and fires.
- Fault finding experience on boilers and heating systems.
- Basic plumbing ability, such as changing taps and investigating leaks.
- Provide great service and want to be recognised with positive customer reviews.
- Love problem‑solving and willing to achieve and complete work in a timely manner.
- Physically fit and able.
- Experience within residential private properties is a must, rather than social housing or construction sites.
- Ability to be tidy, respectful and have a good manner is a given.
- You will be a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and finding solutions, while also being confident in your ability to work independently.
- A clean driving licence and a reasonable commute to Chiswick is essential.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
