The Healthcare Assistant Role: We're looking for dedicated people to join us for morning (7 am - 2 pm) and evening (3 pm - 10 pm) shifts, working a two-week rolling rota with alternate weekends. This allows you to build a routine and a real connection with our clients. You'll be assisting with both personal and social calls, from helping with daily needs to simply sitting and having a chat.

Your Impact as the Care Assistant: You'll be the one to brighten someone's day, whether it’s through a single call or a double call. You'll provide essential personal care and help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home. You'll be a trusted partner in medication administration. Most importantly, you'll be a source of support, compassion, and professionalism for our clients and their families.
