Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor, observe and record progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide one-to-one support.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must have at least 6 months experience.
- Must be PMVA trained.
- Must have Mandatory health training certificate.
- A valid Enhanced DBS.
