About the Role:
As Lead Pastry Chef you will have one of the most varied roles in the kitchen looking after the production of desserts, canapes, petit fours, cakes, scones and breads to name a few. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and responsible for the other Pastry Chefs you will be able to show off your flair and imagination both in presentation and flavours.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
