Do you enjoy driving, working with young people, and being part of something bigger than just getting from A to B? We are looking for friendly, reliable Minibus Drivers to help transport our students to and from enrichment activities, including sports training, fixtures, cross‑college events and trips. You’ll play a key role in making sure students arrive safely, on time, and ready to make the most of their college experience.
This is more than a driving role. You’ll work closely with College staff, supporting students during journeys, and ensuring everyone’s safety while boarding, travelling and disembarking. You’ll also carry out vehicle safety walk‑around checks and report any incidents, always working in line with College procedures.
If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a calm, flexible approach, this could be a great fit for you. Experience working with young people is desirable, and training such as First Aid or MIDAS can be supported if required.
We have a fantastic range of staff benefits, highly competitive against what is offered by the private sector and other organisations. Below are a few highlights:
- Discount schemes – discounts on shopping, restaurants, travel and onsite facilities such as our gym and First Steps Childcare nurseries (specific campuses only).
- Continuous professional development opportunities – development days, funded apprenticeships and access to a range of other courses and activities.
- And much more – check out the Staff Benefits booklet attached to this advert for more information about our fantastic range of benefits available to staff.
Evening work may occasionally be required, offering variety and flexibility within the role. If you’re passionate about student enrichment and want a role where your contribution truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
