Haywards Heath College, part of the Chichester College Group, is looking for friendly, reliable Minibus Drivers to help transport our students to and from enrichment activities, including sports training, fixtures, cross-college events and trips. This role involves ensuring students arrive safely, on time, and ready to engage fully with their college experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students during journeys, coordinating boarding, travelling and disembarking.
  • Conduct vehicle safety walk-around checks and report incidents in line with College procedures.
  • Maintain a calm, flexible approach and work closely with College staff.
  • Assist with student welfare and safety throughout the vehicle operation.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people desirable.
  • Training such as First Aid or MIDAS can be supported if required.
  • Reliable, friendly, and demonstrable driving skills on a minibus.
