Pay: Competitive

Shift Pattern: 8.00-4.30 Monday - Thursday and 8.00-3.30 on Friday

We are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a growing manufacturing and product development environment, supporting the scale-up and continuous improvement of innovative consumer and healthcare products. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or production engineering who enjoys working across R&D, operations, quality, and production teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in taking products from pilot stage through to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and capable of delivering high‑quality products consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and scale-up of new products from pilot to industrial production
  • Plan and support manufacturing trials within production environments
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Assist with process validation activities and GMP compliance
  • Investigate production and quality issues, implementing corrective actions where required
  • Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and external manufacturing partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Prepare manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
  • Support the introduction and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
  • 2-3 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience working in regulated or FMCG or quality‑controlled manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of GMP, process validation, and continuous improvement principles
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
