Your new company is a well established global organisation, recognised for its long term stability, strong growth and commitment to continuous improvement. Due to a number of successful acquisitions they're now looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team.
Your new role involves acting as the finance partner for site leadership, providing insight, challenge and clear analysis while translating operational performance into meaningful financial outcomes. It will support decisions across production, engineering, quality and supply chain, reviewing production performance, variances and cost drivers.
The position will lead site budgeting, forecasting and month end insight, as well as support product costing, standard cost updates and inventory control. It will also require working with Shared Services to ensure accurate data, aligned processes and smooth reporting, while serving as the escalation point for any site specific finance queries.
