The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Process Operator to join their production team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality materials within a fast-paced, continuous processing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work within a structured shift system while contributing to high operational and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery in line with defined specifications.
- Monitor product quality and carry out routine quality control checks.
- Accurately request, measure, and load raw materials as required for production.
- Maximise machine output while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status, issues, or deviations.
- Follow all operational procedures, including ISO-aligned quality processes.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and reporting any hazards.
- Support the wider team and undertake additional duties as required by management.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Rotating 3-shift pattern:
Morning: 07:00 - 14:45
Afternoon: 14:45 - 22:45
Night: 22:45 - 07:00
Candidate Requirements
- Good general level of education
- Valid counterbalance forklift license
- Strong numerical and literacy skills with attention to detail
- Proven reliability and steady work history
- Good attendance record
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
