We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our client's team on a busy site.
Job Duties:
- General site maintenance and day-to-day repairs
- Basic plumbing (changing taps, fixing basins, etc.)
- Basic electrics (changing lights, sockets, switches)
- Flooring repairs and minor carpentry
- Filling, patching, and general maintenance
- Moving fixtures and helping with small installs
- Supporting with reactive jobs around site
