Overview of the role:
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Driving a refuse lorry on scheduled bin collection rounds
- Collecting household and commercial waste safely and efficiently
- Working as part of a team to complete daily rounds on time
- Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Valid HGV licence required (class 2)
- Digital Tacho Card
- Previous refuse collection or similar driving experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
