We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading property services provider operating within the social housing sector in the Havant area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established organisation offering long-term stability, a company van, fuel card, and excellent earning potential.
The Role
As an Electrician, you will carry out a range of electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation works within occupied and void residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations and company standards while delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance within domestic properties
- Complete fault finding, testing, and inspection works
- Undertake installations and remedial works
- Ensure all work complies with current wiring regulations and health & safety standards
- Accurately complete job reports and certification paperwork
- Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
- City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - BS7671 (essential)
- Experience working within domestic maintenance or social housing
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
