We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our fantastic team at Harrogate Audi as a Bodyshop Manager. You will lead a fantastic team in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department, and will hand and deal with both internal and external customers.
About you
Experience and understanding in all aspects of running a Bodyshop and insurance claims are essential; you should already hold a similar position in the motor industry. This is a sales‑focused role that would suit a forward‑thinking, people‑orientated person. You must be both Audatex and VDA accredited. You must have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner, as the majority of authorisations are negotiated over the telephone. Working knowledge of Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. would be an advantage. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
