About the Role
Streamline Recruitment are working with a vibrant and well‑established Arts & Crafts supplier based in Harlow, who are looking to bring in a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join their replenishment team. Responsibilities
- Unloading incoming containers in line with operational timeframes, placing stock onto pallets ready for put‑away or replenishment
- Making sure pallets are stacked, wrapped, and labelled correctly
- Replenishing low stock to keep the picking team running efficiently
- Keeping your work area and the wider warehouse clean and organised
- Supporting other departments during busy periods
- Carrying out quality checks before stock is replenished
Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with core hours of 07:45. Flexibility is required to work between 07:30 or 07:00 depending on business needs. The warehouse operates on Sundays during peak season (October to early December), so some weekend availability will be required.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is £13.00 per hour, with the opportunity to move into a permanent full‑time role, potentially earning £28,000-£30,000 per year. Breaks total 1 hour per day (1 x 30 minutes and 2 x 15 minutes). Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
