We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Support Officer to join our Repairs Service team based in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who is passionate about helping maintain safe, healthy homes for residents.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the effective delivery of repairs and remedial works by managing cases from initial report through to completion. You will play a key part in ensuring residents are kept informed throughout the process and that all actions are completed accurately and within agreed timescales. Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and residents, you will coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide administrative and technical support across the service.
