Geography teacher required for 'outstanding' Secondary school based in Harlow, Essex. This is a full time, long-term position commencing July 2026 and the relevant teacher must be willing to teach Geography to KS4.

The ideal teacher will be expected to plan, prepare and assess their lessons and the school are looking to interview/trial as soon as possible. This is a long-term position until July 2027, in the first instance.

  • You must be a qualified Humanities teacher (QTS/NQT/ECT)
  • Have an expert knowledge of the UK Curriculum
  • Experience teaching Humanities or Humanities related subjects, Geography
  • Available immediately
  • Current enhanced DBS (or willing to process one)

The school are looking for a teacher of Humanities, whether experienced or an NQT. You will be required to teach Humanities at KS3, Year 7s - 9s & KS4 Year 10's - Year 11's. You will be confident in your ability to monitor the students and be able to deliver lessons that are engaging and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching.
