About the role:
- Provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
- Maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication.
At Keefield Close, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, we provide person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities. We cater to a wide range of needs including spastic quadriplegia and Down's Syndrome.
