On offer is the opportunity to join a mechanical engineering company that specialises in the repair and maintenance of 3-phase motors, fan units, water pumps and other systems. They work with a variety of clients, including blue-chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, leisure centres and more.

This static role involves working with the rest of the team on the workshop floor for a majority of the time, with the remaining time allocated to administrative tasks and overseeing the activity of the team. This role would suit someone with a Mechanical/Electrical background that has previously overseen a small team or is looking to step into a team leader position.
