Connect Appointments is recruiting a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant to join our Hamilton branch. This is a 360 role with a clear new business focus on permanent recruitment within the FMCG sector. You'll be generating leads, winning clients and managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement.
What's on offer?
- Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- £30,000 per annum + performance-related bonus

As a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new permanent business opportunities through proactive business development activity
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates to meet client requirements
- Writing and posting job adverts across local and national job boards
To be considered as a 360 FMCG Permanent Consultant, you will need:
- Previous experience working within recruitment
- A background in FMCG recruitment is strongly advantageous
- Proven business development ability with a track record of winning new clients
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- A results-driven approach with the ability to manage your own workload
