Market 36 are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive on behalf of their client based in Halstead on a full-time and permanent basis. Our client is looking for a reliable Customer Support Executive, which will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, supporting key accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery across the supply chain. This role acts as the primary touchpoint for customer Supply Chain teams, overseeing issue resolution, order coordination and performance reporting. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and efficient issue handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers Supply Chain teams
- Conduct regular calls/meetings to discuss open issues, upcoming requirements and business updates
- Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are logged, monitored and resolved with agreed timelines
- Support the accuracy of customer forecasts and contribute to improved demand planning performance
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all B2B customer orders
- Deliver consistent, data-driven reporting to internal teams and customers to support decision-making
- Handle and resolve customer queries
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with key accounts
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, supply chain or order management roles (preferred in FMCG or manufacturing)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Demand Planning and Despatch teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report key performance metrics
- Problem-solving capabilities with attention to details
