The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

Due to company expansion, we are now recruiting for 2 FLT/warehouse operatives to work in a fast paced, modern warehouse to be part of a team completing various warehouse and FLT duties. This is a manual position with 80% manual work but requires FLT to assist with loading and unloading, as well as picking of orders that are over the manual lifting limit.

Job Purpose: To support efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, handling, and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Hours:

  • Shift 1: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (permanent one shift)
  • Shift 2: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating weekly

This role will initially be working in Halesowen, but will move to a new site in Bilston in September of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and prepare orders accurately in line with picking lists
  • Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Carry out general warehouse duties including housekeeping and stock checks
  • Adhere to all health & safety procedures and site policies

Requirements:

  • Valid MHE licence for Counterbalance or Reach or PPT
  • Previous warehouse or picking experience required
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts
