We are recruiting a Production Scheduler to join a busy manufacturing environment, playing a key role in planning and coordinating production to ensure on-time delivery.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: Lower Dicker, BN27 (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order input and agree delivery dates with Sales
  • Create and maintain production schedules
  • Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
  • Monitor capacity and resolve scheduling issues
  • Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or ERP systems (desirable)
  • Willingness to travel to client sites where required (travel is planned in advance and expenses covered)

Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience
