Duties as a Group Parts Manager
- Oversee daily operations at multiple parts sites across Sussex, Surrey, and Hampshire to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of parts department staff across different dealership locations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all sites
- Achieve and surpass sales targets while improving profitability margins
- Implement and oversee stock control procedures, managing budgets effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to optimise parts availability and supply chain efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and adapt operational strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager within a dealership environment
- Demonstrable management experience across multiple sites or locations
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong organisational, leadership, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of Main Dealership parts operations is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
