Rocasa Consulting are looking for passionate and experienced support workers who have knowledge in homelessness, housing, temporary accommodation, benefit support, and tenancy management. We have multiple roles available so would love to hear from you!

Role includes:

  • Resident Support & Case Management
  • Safeguarding, Risk & Crisis Management (ESSENTIAL)
  • Multi-Agency Working (ESSENTIAL)
  • Housing & Tenancy Sustainment (ESSENTIAL)
  • Administration & Compliance (ESSENTIAL)
  • Operational Responsibilities

About you:

  • Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
  • Strong background in safeguarding and risk management
  • Multi-agency working
  • Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
  • Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
