Temporary Customer Advisor in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Even better – this temporary role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Please note: Due to the location, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

Duties:
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing customer queries, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring orders are completed and updated within agreed timeframes
  • Building strong relationships with customers over the phone and providing outstanding service
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and scheduling tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
