Duties
- Conduct MOT Tests in accordance with VOSA guidelines, ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards
- Perform vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs as required for MOT purposes
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, repairs, and testing outcomes
- Liaise effectively with customers and colleagues to provide high‑quality service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Support the workshop team with diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues
Requirements
- Qualified MOT Tester with valid MOT certification
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Experience working as an MOT Tester, preferably within a main dealership environment
- Level 2 Qualification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent
- A high level of attention to detail and mechanical understanding
