We are partnering with a fast-growing, multi-region retailer to appoint a Group Finance Manager into their expanding finance function. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly commercial, product-led business with a strong growth trajectory and an excellent team culture.
The Group Finance Manager will oversee group-level financial reporting, including consolidations and intercompany processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial information across multiple entities. You will also support compliance, controls, and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly group consolidations across international entities
- Managing intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting
- Supporting the improvement of reporting processes and systems
- Partnering with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Supporting year-end processes, audit and statutory reporting
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Group Reporting / Consolidations role
- Strong intercompany accounting experience
- Background within retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or product-led businesses
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across international teams
