Group Reporting Manager – Statutory Consolidation Accountant
We are an established international media agency in London hiring a qualified accountant to join as Group Reporting Manager. The position is hybrid: three office days a week from the central London office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts and consolidated accounts.
- Assist with preparation and filing of individual statutory accounts under FRS101 for all UK and Ireland agencies (20).
- Prepare and oversee IFRS/FRS 102 reports.
- Own the balance sheet process.
- Manage external audit engagements.
- Prepare technical memos.
- Ensure UK group audit and filings meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Qualified ACA / ACCA.
- Practice in industry with experience preparing group statutory accounts.
- Experience with Big 4 / Top 10 qualified UK GAAP / IFRS.
- International entity experience.
