A new team of 2 is being hired. Resourcing Group is working with a large maintenance contractor, with a contract based in Peterborough, who would like to appoint 2 additional people, forming a new team as soon as possible.
There is a van provided and you work in a 2 person team, covering an allocated route together, maintaining communal green spaces. This is a lovely job, offering outdoor working. The contractor specialise in maintaining green spaces, on behalf of their end clients.
Duties will include:
- Operating an industrial strimmer
- Operating ride on mowers to enable maintenance of lawns and shrubs/bushes
This opportunity will suit someone familiar with Grounds Maintenance, because a basic understanding of weeding and control would be advantageous.
Essential:
- A little bit of previous experience would be preferred
- A full UK Driving license is essential
- We will need to complete a basic DBS check, so being able to clear this is crucial
