An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On‑Site Coordinator looking to take their next step and join the team at ctrg.

Pay Information: £14 per hour, 40 hours per week, Paid Weekly - every Friday!

On‑Site Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of active headcount to ensure fulfilment of requirements are met.
  • Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues.
  • Processing of candidate applications, from job advertisement through to managing applications.
  • Provide training and induction to new employees.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers.
  • Manage, coach and develop the onsite team.

As an On‑Site Coordinator, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (Essential).
  • Experience in Outlook, Excel and Word (Essential).
  • Full driving license or be able to commute to DN37 9TS without relying on public transportation (Essential).
  • Flexible approach to working hours; early mornings and weekend working will be required (Essential).
  • Previous experience as team leader or supervisor (Desirable).
  • Experience in a food production environment (Desirable).
