Full-time, permanent position

Location: 5 days a week in Greenwich

Responsibilities:

  • Budgets, POs, invoices
  • Some EA duties (diary management)
  • Health and safety
  • Relationship management - dealings with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders etc.
  • Managing a small team (2 full time receptionists and 1 weekend receptionist)
  • General office coordination duties and ad-hoc projects
